Getting the Dreaded Not Available Outside Your Network error, worked yesterday today zilch

Been using Plex Media Server on a PC for years with little to no problems, suddenly I can not get rid of the Not Available Outside Your Network error. Recently switched ISPs which I thought may have been the issue since I dusted off an old Linksys router from a few years ago. Believing that to be the problem I went ahead and bought a new router (Linksys EA6400) installed it and the Plex server was available again, well for a couple days anyway. As of this morning, the issue returned, I tried following all of the seemingly relevant discussions on here but can’t get it to work.
Any help you can provide is most appreciated. I have attached the Log files.

Plex Version: 1.9.2.4285
ISP: Spectrum
Router: Linksys EA6400

Any help is appreciated

tell you what, I’ve been dealing with this same issue for close to a year. My Plex server has basically been useless. I dont know why i paid for a plex pass. I’ve stopped recommending this software to others. Do you know of any similar software that works more reliably than Plex?

I finally just got a new modem/router from CenturyLink and now remote access works perfectly. I didnt have to touch anything. Clearly I had malfunctioning hardware. Thanks everyone for your help.
