I recently bought a new router and have been using UPnP successfully for the last few months. Recently, (within a couple weeks), my server is saying, “Not available outside your network”. I can usually refresh and it’ll say it’s available again on the server but it’s NOT outside my network. After playing around for a while, I can get it to connect again outside my network but within an hour or so, it goes right back to saying it’s unavailable? Sometimes, it’ll reconnect on its own without doing anything but doesn’t last?? I also decided to change the settings recently to manual and manually set a port and opened it up on my router. For some reason, it took several attempts but ultimately it was working again. I thought it was fixed because it worked for over an hour, but then this morning I woke up to the same problem again. I’ve had Plex practically since the beginning and I’d like to think I’m pretty familiar but this is driving me nuts and JUST started happening. Nothing has changed. I recently did the Plex update but the problem was happening prior to the latest update. I’ve also just noticed the server will say it’s not available outside the network but it actually is available and vice versa. Sometimes, it’ll say it IS available outside the network but it’s not. Truly bizarre.

After ensuring debug logging is enabled, restart the server so we have fresh logs
Then when problems arise note down the time and capture the logs

I can do that. It finally stopped giving me trouble after I specified a port for the 3rd or 4th time and turned off UpNP on my router. I don’t know why it wouldn’t continue to work after I tried this several times. If it starts happening again, I’ll try to get logs but so far, it’s been working. Thanks for your reply.
