I had to reinstall plex media server and I had to go back through and grant access to the libraries to my users. I got about 3 quarters of the way through my shares for users and now I get"Failed to update server shares." and can’t share libraries with a quarter of my users.
Sounds like you hit the 100 user limit.
Turns out after a specific number of adds to users libraries, plex times you out for an hour.
Very frustrating. Was able to continue after about an hour.
It wasn’t the 100 user limit. I have 83 users.
