Is there a way to change the default global settings for all AppleTV's?
Like on each ATV we now have to set the TV Show view, and Quality and so on, but it would be handy if you could just change the default in some way, is this possible?

1.Run Plex Connect.
2.Go to your Apple TV (that is connected to Plex Connect) and change your setting to whatever you want.
3.Go back to your Plex Connect console on your PC and press "CTR + C". This saves and closes the Plex Connect Console.
4. Re-open Plex Connect
5. Back out to the main menu on the ATV, go back into Plex (via Trailers or whatever), and double check that your changed settings are there.

Although, this really solves the issue if your PC restarts and you have to re-do your settings each time. I don't know if there is a way to implement a one time global setting on Plex Connect to apply to all ATV's that join the network.

Whoops.
Nothing in currently... if you really want, you can edit the ATVSettings.py file. The first option given should be the default for newly registered aTVs.

Can't you just edit the ATVSettings.cfg file? That's what I do, and it seems to work fine (3 ATVs). Only this is that you have to edit it while plex connect is not running.
