If you are using both as routers then you have a double nat. Since you want to continue to use the other port on Verizon router you either need to port forward in each router so it can do a directed jump from Verizon to the Google. Or do the forwarding in Verizon and set Google to only be an access point ( just a switch basically) that lets the Verizon assign local IPs.
