Got black screen and spinning wheel multiple times tonight during playback

Player Version#: Apple TV 2.8 13363

Over the past 2 days, I’ve seen this problem a few times on both my Apple TV’s lately (non-4K versions). I would provide logs from the Apple TV but despite ‘enable log downloading’ being set to ‘on’, when I access the web server on the Apple TV like the Plex client tells me, I get an error that ‘enable log downloading’ is not on and there are no logs to download?!

I was watching a show tonight and all of a sudden, black screen… spinning wheel in the middle for about 5-10 seconds then playback resumes perfectly. Both Apple TVs are on wireless 802.11AC network. I know my server version is really old but every time a new version of PMS is released, I see all sorts of problems associated with it so I’ve stopped updating automatically and only update if it addresses a problem I’m having. Will update if this is a known issue and a newer version of the server fixes it.

Attaching log files from the server. The problem happened tonight around 10pm, then 10:04pm and again at 10:08pm. Weird that it’s 4 minutes apart every time.
