Got on deck TV shows of an other account :(

Hi

Since I upgraded to 1.4.3.3433 PMS mixes one of the family account of my plex with my owner account :frowning: Each time that regular account watches a TV show it appears in my account on my Deck :frowning: Very boring and very concerning for confidentiality of each account !

What can I do ?

Are you using TrakIt? That has been known to cause this issue.

Ah oki I use it :frowning: But problem appeared recently :frowning: It’s a long time issue ? or just temporary ??

It’s always been there AFAIK. There is a setting in the plugin you have to configure so it only tracks what you watch. See this other thread with an image of the setting. https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/907482#Comment_907482

Thanks a lot for link so I have deactivated the plugin, too boring to use correctly with Plex :frowning:
