Granting Access to New Users Not Working - Get "Network Request Failed"

Hi all. When I try to Grant Access for new users I get a message that says Network Request Failed. That said, I have access to Plex TV, and an existing user to whom I granted access several months ago currently has access to my Plex server. Any suggestions?

I had trouble logging in to the forums with an error message “forum users does not exist” which I know is not true. I have been a registered user for many years

I would not surprise me if Plex is having sort of user authentication trouble on their end.
