Gray Screen/No Menu after launching OSX Player

When I open the Plex app on OSX, I get the Plex splash logo, then I get a plain background with no buttons or icons or menus. I reinstalled the OSX application, updated my server, and ensured that I can connect from other devices (which I can). PC client and Android client load menus properly.
