I hope I’m using the right forum category. I just started using Plex today. I’m using it to stream from my Mac to my Xbox One. I had Plex scan ONE folder only and it ended up scanning my entire HD. I didn’t realize this until I saw music and photos showing up. I removed those libraries. The Plax app on the Xbox works fine and the files play normally. The bad part is now all of my original movie files on my hard drive have a green screen. Every single one. While I have backups, this is an absolute pain as I am a videographer and every single video I have is green screened with the original audio. The videos in the Plex web app are green screened as well. This is a pain to Google as so many results that come up are relating to using a green screen to film videos.
Figured it out. There was an OS update I have been putting off for a while. After the update, all the videos are back to normal.
