For the past two months, I have been using a Meta app, Movie Deck for Plex, to play on my Quest 3 various Plex media (MP4 video files) stored on my PC. This has worked flawlessly in that time, and yesterday, I updated the Plex media server on my PC to the latest version. Yesterday, after the update, the files played fine on my Quest 3, but today, all of the videos are being displayed in green and purple colors (what I think some call “green screen.” I’ve done all of the basic things, rebooting both PC and the Quest 3, and even reinstalled the earlier version of the Plex media server. Nothing has worked. I am not sure what setting in Plex will address this. There are no settings apparently in the Movie Deck for Plex that addresses this. I am hoping there is a simple fix. Is there?
