I have 3 servers. 2 have the green circle with the lock. They are both windows computers. My Plex server on my shield the circle disappeared and I cannot figure out why.
Thoughts?
That icon means you are connected through a secure connection. If your Shield doesn’t show that, then that means Web is connected with an insecure connection. Would need to see server and client logs to see why?
I went to the shield and looked at settings. Secure connections was set to only allow on same network. I selected never and now the green circle is back. Is that the way it should work or will selecting never cause problems? Thanks in advance for your time.
no that cannot be it because the computer servers are set to only on same network and show the green circle.
