GUI interface missing

A few months ago I did a regular Plex update…so my system was up to date as of maybe 5 months ago. After it was finished, I went to open up the Plex interface on the server…and nothing… It has the basic borders, coloring etc, just nothing else. I restarted the services, restarted teh machine, no difference.
I am still able to get to the shows and stuff just fine, the GUI on the server is the only issue.

Am I able to update it via command line? (this is on a windows box) Maybe just doing the current update will fix it.

try using an incognito window and go to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web on the computer in question.

What did you open? Plex Media Server does not have a GUI. You use the Plex Web client through your web browser to manage the server. https://support.plex.tv/articles/200288666-opening-plex-web-app/

I tried last night and it opened just fine.
Thank you for your suggestion, I didn’t even think of that.
I was able to open the gui, then do an update, and once finished, all was good. :slight_smile:
