Recordings stopped and guide data disappeared a couple of days ago. I tried to reinstall my hdhomerun as DVR. It was found and channels recognized, but Plex would not accept a zip code to continue to the next screen (tried several adjacent zips as well). On Version 1.12.1.4885.
