Guide does not match channel

Hello,

New PlexPass user here.

I have a SiliconDust HomeRunEXTEND and when setting up the Live DVR, there is a mismatch between at least one of the channels and the Guide.

The DVR scan channels list the correct channels, but after the Guide is downloaded there is at least one channel assignment error.

If I use zap2xml to manually download the Guide the channels are listed properly, however, a few TV series are identified Movies so I cannot schedule a record.

How can I contact Plex to provide additional detail so they can fix the issue for their Guide?
