The guide on both of my plex servers (Mac and Windows) is not showing any days in the future. EX- I am unable to select Sunday-Prime time. Get a message that the Guide is empty. I have deleted the DVR/HDHomerun and I still have the issue. Any ideas?
Sounds like your guide data isn’t refreshing. Have you tried to manually update it?
If that doesn’t work, please provide the full set of logs from PMS after trying.
I did that three times. Just did it again and now it is working. Thank you for fixing
Wish I could take credit. I didn’t do anything. May have been some sort of network glitch that cleared itself.
How many days in the future can I see the Guide info?

I’m now able to recreate the issue. We are investigating.
Same issue for me. It stops at 15%. I only have the guide through 7 pm tomorrow night.

Something happened overnight. My guide is fully populated as of this morning. Thanks for the fix!
I am still seeing the issue on my Plex servers
still crashing with JSON error
My bad. I should have checked further out. My EPG is less than 100% populated. It’s populated from today (Fri) thru Tue 10:30pm MT. Almost 5 days of guide info. Nothing for Tues 11pm and beyond.

It’s an issue with the service provider, Plex is working with them to get it resolved.

The real question is why are you erasing the guide on checking for updates.
