I will try apple tv fix.
I went to change settings on apple tv to : Auto Adjust Quality and Use Old Video Player to “Off”.
The setting were already turned off. I there another setting I should try ?

IF you don’t use any of the Plex provided streaming services, disable all of them to get the Guide back to the way it was.
Thank you for the information. Do you know if there will be a Plex update to fix the issue ?
If disabling the Online Media Resources restored the guide then you will have to reset each client’s customizations. I don’t have these devices so I am not sure where the reset will be, for the web and Windows Client it is under General on the Player settings.
Either way, can you confirm that this restored the guide?
