H264 10bit and h264 regular Green Screen / Unplayable on Fire Stick and Android

I have a bunch of anime and it’s essentially unplayable on Plex. It worked for years on Roku, and only seems to work when it’s re-encoded to burn in subtitles.

And on the TV if I play it, it’s just green.
This is happening with a lot of shows. Not sure what the issue is.

Is there a way to force a transcode on all videos to maybe fix this? I’ve been trying to find a way to just make it do that, or at least for my profile. Not enough concurrent users use my Plex so I can probably just handle that.
