Had to rebuild my Media Server (not the Plex Server). How to clean up Plex?

I have Plex running on one computer and all my video files are on a different PC that has more storage. That PC’s C drive decided to die so I had to replace it. The Video files were on D & E so the files are still OK.

I reinstalled Windows and changed the name of the computer from Media2 to Media3. I reshared the proper folders and edited the libraries in Plex to add the new paths. It seems to have scanned the folders and updated the shows. Some show/movie now shows two files. One to the old server that is “unavailable” and one to the new server that is OK. Do I now just go into the Library and remove the original folder? Will that remove the references to the old location and clean everything up for me?
