Had to reinstall windows on my server machine

My beelink mini pc crashed and I had to do a fresh wondows install. I removed the “old” server from my authorized devices and just set up a new one.

My issue is I can now access my new server and all media from an internet browser but not on any apps - phone, tablet, or TV.

Remote access is functioning properly, I am logged into the same account on all devices. I have cleared the cache on all devices. Amy ideas on how to get up amd running back on my apps.

Have you verified the libraries of the new server aren’t listed in the more section (or not favorited in the new experience apps)?

yes, the libraries are not showing anywhere on any devices outside the web browser and plex for windows on the same machine the server is set up on
