Assistance with reinstalled windows

I didn’t find the troubleshooting forum, but I am also on my phone making it difficult to see.
I reinstalled Windows 10 on my computer the other day and am trying to get PLex installed as a server on it again. Previously it worked and I had libraries. When I logged back in to the account though, it found the headings I had for libaraies, but nothing in them (since of course the NAS IPs changed for the files.
Now I can’t get them to load at all, can’t even edit them. I did notice I am logged into the player from my phone, but it won’t let me logout. I can’t even find a logout button, only an option to create a new user.
When I am in the server on the computer as well, I only see about 6 entries in the settings menu, when previously, the whole left side of the screen had stuff, probably 15 or 20 categories of settings to work with.
What am I doing wrong? How can I logout of the player app on my phone so I can hopefully reset the server entries?

When you reinstalled Windows you essentially erased the Current server. So the server you are seeing in your menu will never work again, you will have to create a new server on the reinstalled windows machine and recreate all Libraries and associated Media Folder libraries. You can try naming the new server with the same name as the old one. I never tried that before but yeah. I’m pretty sure that’s what’s happening here.

This happened to me when I upgraded my server and had to reinstall windows. The old server was still listed and will give you access to the Plex stuff but not your libraries because that old server no longer exists.
