I found the seasons of happy days, but when I press season one episode one nothing happens I don’t get it. I can watch other things. Is there something I should know about happy days in particular
Is this on your own server, someone else’s that you were invited to, or on Plex’s own Free-With-Ads streaming option? What client are you using (TV, Computer, Browser, etc)?
(Quick test shows that Plex does not provide this free on their ad-based streaming. Are you looking at the TV Show entry on the metadata listing watch.plex.tv website?)
