Hardware acceleration close/crash PMS

Hello,

I just bought PLEX PASS. I have enabled “use hardware acceleration if available” and every time I run a PMS video turns off and the server becomes unavailable.
I saw that there was a topic above but it was fixed by an Intel update in 2019. My hardware is newer.
