Hardware Transcoding has stopped working on my Synology NAS

I have a Synology DS718+ NAS with INTEL Celeron J3455 processor.
I have Plex Pass and hardware transcoding has always worked for me.

I’ve noticed that for a while now, hardware transcodes don’t work. Whenever a video is transcoded, even if it is not very heavy, the CPU goes to 90%.

Any suggestions?

You need to step up to 1.32.5.7120 or above.

We had a regression wiht ApolloLake CPUs
