Plex pass can't use Hardware acceleration

Synology version 6.23, I could use the hardware decoding normally before, but after upgrading to version 1.32.4.7164,The hardware decoding has failed. I can tick the hardware acceleration in the setting interface, but in fact it did not use hardware decoding, the CPU occupied 99%.
I tried docker version with the newest version.It is exactly the same as the version of the Synology kit, and the hardware decoding cannot be turned on
Can you help me see what’s going on?

There are some engineer builds you might be able to use use in that thread until they fix the problem in an update
