Hardware Transcoding Is it working?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out if my hardware transcoding is really working. I notice cpu is still being used a lot. I also noticed that I don’t have HW showing up on the tile in tautulli once instead of twice like most screenshots I have seen. I have posted a screenshot below. Any help or description of what is going on would be great. Thank you.

Solved it via Plexaholics group on FB.

Turns out it was not encoding or decoding the video. So I looked into that and found this is related to an old driver for p2000.
