It’s a known issue. Downgrading to 1.28.0 is the current workaround.

Assuming you’re running linux (ubuntu/debian etc.) try https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server-new/1.28.0.5999-97678ded3/debian/plexmediaserver_1.28.0.5999-97678ded3_amd64.deb

There’s also a development build of 1.28.3 that fixes the issue https://artifacts.plex.tv/plex-media-server-experimental/1.28.3.6101-cd5349651/debian/plexmediaserver_1.28.3.6101-cd5349651_amd64.deb

Even tried upgrading to the latest plexpass 1.29, and it’s broken. Jeezus. Thank you, saved my ass when a user complained. Downloaded .0 from your url, and placed a apt hold on plexmediaserver, going to lock down on this version and forget about it for the forseeable future
