HArdware trasncoding Synology 1520+ and DSM 7.0

Hello I recently upgraded to a Synology 1520+ and dsm 7.0
I set up the server to use Hardware trasncoding as per your guide, but the trasncode is very slow.
I have mostly HEVC 1080P SDR files and even in local network the trasncode is sooo slow, like with my former 10 years old NAS without hardware transcoding:
When I see the activity monitor the transcode is (hw)
I have the plex subscription
is this normal?

I have the same Synology DS and the same problem, plex shows (hw), but playback still buffers every 3 seconds or so…

Anyone that can help?
