The last half dozen movies I have uploaded to Plex have not grabbed extras. prior to that it worked fine. All agents are set up correctly and no changes were made besides updating the server. I am on the newest standard release version of the server as of 12.9.16

Does those movies are named properly ? try to change the scanner from your library, mine is set to plex video file scanner instead of Plex Movie Scanner

Scanner must be ‘Plex Movie Scanner’
Agent must be ‘Plex Movie’
Otherwise not all features are guaranteed to work.
I added 10 movies just yesterday and I got for almost all of them at least one trailer (these were older movies, other extras are usually only available for more recent ones).
I second the advise about proper naming. Make sure the movie is ‘matched’.
If you switched to 3rd party scanners or agents, you cannot expect to get trailers.

Then local extras will not work for you
(and probably ‘sidecar’ subtitles too, but I’m not sure about that).
The movies are labeled correctly per Plex naming conventions. Previous movies had worked fine and still show the trailer and extras following library refresh. One information the movies is Guradians of the Galaxy. I am pretty sure there would be a trailer and extras. Another movie is Star Trek Beyond. Both of these movies tagged fine for everything else just no extras.
I take a snapshot of my agent settings when I get home.

do also post the Plex XML info of one of the affected movies, please.
This movie was matched with the TheMovieDatabase agent.
You forgot to post the settings of this particular agent.
And there is also something else: the file is a m4v containe, which can contain embedded metadata.
You may want to inspect this file with a metadata editor, mp3tag for instance.
But more importantly, you want to tell Plex that it should not prefer the embedded metadata.
For this you must move the line ‘Local Media Assets’ out of its top position on this screen
Drag it downwards all the way.
To verify the effect of this measure, perform the Plex Dance with this movie.
I will try those suggestions but according to this https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202934883-Cinema-Trailers-Extras the order of the agents should not matter.
Secondly this configuration was working prior to the last few movies.
Again I will try your suggestions. Thanks.
Sorry, I may have mixed up your issue with that of a different user. 8-}
Do try though, to use the Plex Movie agent and not TMDB.
With ‘Fix Incorrect Match’ you can switch agents for a single movie.
You should also try to simply Refresh the movie.
That did it. Moved Plex Movie agent to the top on all options and did a “Fix incorrect match”. Thanks OttoKerner.
