I simply cannot get my Hauppauge Digital TV for Xbox One working on my Windows 10 PC. It will not detect any channels in PLEX. I saw that in another thread it was mentioned that there are two model of this device, one work, one does not. Can you please post the model number on the one that works so I can know if I need to even troubleshoot any further. Also, I’m in North America, but I purchased the tuner off Amazon, so it could be from anywhere.
If no one gets it before this evening I will take a look and see what it says on mine.
Side note: I’m guessing you have installed the correct drivers? Mine shows up in device manager as “Hauppauge WinTV-HRV-955q (1114xx ATSC/QAM)”. This has been working since support was first given for these devices.
