I have the Hauppauge Xbox One Digital Tuner plugged into my windows 10 PMS, and Plex is not picking up the signal for the device. I have Plex updated to 1.7.2, and is of course properly plugged into the machine. Am I missing a step? I have the update channel set for plex pass as well. Thanks
Do you have the drivers for the Hauppauge tuner installed? Is this the American version? The overseas version doesn’t work as of right now.
This is in North America, and I was unable to find any online drivers for the xbox one tuner, unless it acts similar to another USB tuner from their selection
Download the 955q drivers, they should work with that tuner.
I know that the documentation doesn’t say that the 950q is supported, but looking in the tuner log I see this:

When I do an add new device, it just spins looking for devices. Anyway to get it to work?

Oh ya, I’m on Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS with the latest version of PMS.
