Hauppauge Win TV-Quad HD stopped working

My system was working great until I took the latest upgrade. My DVRs are now gone in Plex. When I try to add them through tuner setup, they do not come up as available.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Do you have any HDHomeRuns on your network? When I search for my Hauppauge devices Plex finds the HDHomeRun and stops looking. I have to unplug my HDHomeRun to find the Hauppauge again.
