I have 6 Tuners in Total, 2 from Hdhomerun extend, and 4 from Wintv-Quad HD.
Plex Server version Version 1.13.2.5154
Issue:
I’m having a problem, that the plex server isn’'t able to switch to Hauppauge WinTV QuadHD.
Diagnosing the issue:
1- Deleted the Hauppauge QuadHD tuners, and kept the HDhomerun tuners… Channels open properly, by reserving the 2 HDhomerun tuners.
2- Deleted the HDhomerun tuners, I’ve added the Hauppauge WinTV QuadHD tuners, channels open properly, and all 4 tuners works.
3- Added back the HDHomerun tuners, then tried to open the channels. Channels starts to reserve from the HDhomerun tuners first (Tuner Status Summary provide the infos), when I open the third client which is suppose to use the Wintv-QuadHD, I get an error:
From iPhone: Unable to To Evaluate Play Request - Could not tune channel code: -1
From Windows Browser : Playback Error - Unable to tune channel
Please advise.
