I’m trying to set up my DVR and I’m having some trouble. I’m running a fully updated Plex Media Server. Win TV finds roughly 49 channels with names, that I can access and view thru WinTV. When scanning with Plex DVR, I get 400+ channels but then it only says I have 88 channels. Out of those 88, only 2 can be enabled, with the others being “protected”. All of the channels Plex found are listed as “Service” channels. Those channels are IPTV (or Create TV, sometimes) and an emergency broadcast channel. All of the channels that Plex DVR finds are over 90s and into 100s.
I’ve accessed the com.plex.app.plugins.library.db and the channel numbers for the channels that WinTV picks up (51.5 thru 54.23) are not in the database, as the numbers jump from 6.5 to 55.1 in the database.
I’m not sure how to fix this, as I tried following this walkthrough but if the channels dont even show up in the database, that’d be a problem.
Does anyone have any ideas?
