Plex DVR WinTV QuadHD WinServer 2008 R2 no channels found

I have the QuadHD card install in my Plex server, my OS is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. I followed the directions from the Server 2012, but my PlexDVR is still not finding any channels.

I had to get my serial number with WinTV reset and they reset it, but they also told me “Please be advised that our devices are not supported under any version of Windows Server.”

The log file for Plex Tuner Services contains these lines, repeated 140 times. once for each 140 transponders:

Did you ever figure this out?
I’m having the same issue and have posted a thread but no help as of yet.

No, I never figured it out. I ended up moving the WinTV card to another computer and then moving my Plex server to it. (Running Windows 10), it fired RIGHT up and found 24 channels with an antenna just sitting on top of the cabinet where the computer is.
