I’m trying to scan for cable channels from a clear QAM cable provider. Plex seems to find channels but they show up as “Protected” and cannot be added.
When I run the native Windows WinTV v10 app that comes with the Hauppague tuner for free the channels scan and come in completely fine. Reading through a handful of posts but can’t seem to find any “fixes”. I tested this as a plex server running on Windows and on my Nvidia Shield (Which I’d prefer to be my server).
Help please!
