Hello, I’ve plugged on one usb port of my shield TV the tuner Hauppaugee winTVdualHD. It remains undetected. I’ve tried all what I’ve seen on differents forums, without succes. I’ve cleaned all the datas of the app (cache and app datas), and re-installed the server after a system reboot. Nothing works. Can somebody help me, please?
