Have to Download PMS after Update from Web Interface

Any time I update PMS on the Mac with the web interface, I have to download it from the plex.tv site afterwards. This has happened for a few years now, even back when I had Catalina on a hackintosh.

The PMS App in the Applications folder turns into a folder with a couple random files in it. Not a big deal, just annoying.

Downloading PMS and moving it to the Applications folder always does the trick, but it seems like something is buggy with the web update interface.

Anyone else with this issue?

I’ve never seen that happen before. that sounds like what is in the PMS/updates folder in Application support
