I dont know how to edit but as you can see there is 3 Family Guy things but there should be only 1
How are the files named? They must follow the Plex norm. If they don’t, this is what you get.
Which language have you set in the properties of your tv show library?
Are they in mp4/m4v format?
If they are, they could contain internal metadata which can potentially throw off Plex’s scanners.
To avoid trouble in the future with these, go to Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB
In there, grab the line ‘Local Media Assets’ with your mouse and drag it downwards, so it ends up being at the bottom of the stack of active agents.
Then Plex Dance all the episodes which “broke out” of the main series poster (Or simply all of them).
They are .avi also I have problems with another show they are .mkv files
Please show me the actual file names.
They all are same as you can see the picture my problem is that there is multiple folders and each folder has different amount of episodes

Your screenshot shows only the season folders, not the files in them (which is the crucial information).
It doesn’t matter that they are all named in the same patttern, as long as it is not the right pattern.
This is my view http://prnt.sc/cgt8f4
black bars: no problems
How it looks in your library doesn’t help here.
I need the actual file names of the single episode video files, please.
Show me at least a few from one of the seasons.
Family Guy: http://prnt.sc/cgtcdt
3rd Rock from the Sun: http://prnt.sc/cgtcvl
“Family Guy” is slightly wrong, “3rd Rock from the Sun” is completely wrong.

Please follow the instructions. Rename your files as per the Plex norm.
Perform the Plex Dance when done.
It will clear things up.
There was something wrong because I deleted all folders from “%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server” and did the Plex installation from the scratch and now there is no problems anymore
