Having persistent issues streaming The Simpsons through plex on my phone and casting to my chromecast HD which is hooked up to my bedroom TV. I have updated and the files are all properly named and listed using filebot to rename everything. Noticing it will play on some devices but not others. What causes this and how can I fix it? Basically I connect to my bedroom TV with choromecast and select simpsons and the episode and it just searches and searches without playing anything. Other Plex movies and shows work fine…
I don’t see the options you described for the Plex Settings > Server > Troubleshooting step. Attached is what the XML stated. Also these are the options I see within my plex. Can you instruct me where to go to get the appropriate data you’re requesting?
