My server that runs off my iMac is online and working. I can reach through the DLNA part that was set up just in case.of internet outages.
I get a message on my samsung tv that the server is offline, but it is not.
I am able to sign in, but get the message that my Home Screen is empty. It is not. I can see my pinned things in the sidebar as it should be on my iMac if I open Plex.
I am not teck savvy and I am lost on this site.
I can also see my server and all my pinned things in the sidebar if I plug in my old Apple TV .
I usually use the samsung tv app.
This all happened after I updated my Plex media server run on my iMac yesterday 17 July 2026.
everything worked fine up until that moment..
I have reinstalled the app on my tv and the server app on my iMac . pulled the plug out of my samsung tv while it was on to give it a hard restart, but no luck. I did the same to my modem router thingy.
Please try to help me. I am at a loss
