HD Channels crash Fire TV Gen 1 Plex App

So I have installed the newest version of the server (running on Ubuntu) and set up a new HDHomeRun Connect Tuner. The setup went very smooth. I can watch any of the channels available, HD and SD, from a Chrome Browser on my Desktop. I have 3 Gen 1 Fire TV’s throughout the house. SD channels play fine. HD channels will try to load, sit there like they may start, then the Plex App seems to crash and restart. This only seems to happen on the HD channels.

Any thoughts? HD movies from my local collection play fine on the Fire TV Plex App.

Yep, 2 1st gens here. HD crashes both of them as well. I to can play HD collection fine as well. I have 1 channel that it falsely sees as SD but its actually HD and it crashes as well. I can assume the show that was playing could have been SD and it was in an HD commercial at the time. The new news feature crashes every time I try to watch anything in it as well.
