HD Home Run Duo + Plex Media Server - DVR Not Functioning

Apologies for the versioning, after a check last night on my Plex server I am on the latest available to Windows 10. Plex client on Roku, Android, and Xbox all function fine for playback, the issue appears to be isolated to the Plex server’s ability to record shows for the DVR service.

My issue has to do with DVR service as a part of my lifetime subscription plan. I’m using an HD HomeRun Duo with the latest software/firmware and Plex server running on the latest version of Windows 10 64bit (v1809 I believe).

My DVR service is hit and miss. Some shows record fine, others are skipped entirely. I have recordings set to a local HDD (Windows 10 drive) - and several series’ that are set to record every episode (new and old) are skipping recordings.

For example - Brooklyn Nine Nine has a new season, and I set Plex to DVR every new episode on NBC. I successfully recorded episode 1 and 3, but 2 was skipped for no particular reason (computer/Plex were both up at the time of broadcast and tuner was functional).

After noticing another set of missed DVR recordings yesterday, I checked server activity. The recordings that had been scheduled were all showing in a queue with the orange spinning circle (indicating DVR recording is occurring) spinning next to six different shows, none of which were currently broadcasting or recording. It’s as if Plex server was hung up on a particular recording and stalled out all subsequent recordings.

I will be at home this evening and will pull logs/versions as needed. I’m new to Plex server, so any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you
