Non-specific error: unable to tune channel and DVR throws a transcoder error.
I’ve power cycled the DVR and re-started Plex Server, same result.

Experiencing the same issue. HD Homerun can not be found on network by Plex Server 1.13.8.5395 (Channels app works fine with HDHR)

Update on this:
I rolled back to version 1.13.4.5271 and confirmed that my HD Home Run works in part. Can now view OTA, still getting a transcoder error about recordings and they fail. In terms of the rollback., I just removed latest version and went back to July release below., but left my settings and content intact.
I’m running the X86 (32 bit version) The bug appeared in the 1.13.8.5395 that I installed on 9/25. How can we get this to the attention of the dev team so they can log and address this bug?
