Plex DVR not finding all channels on Finnish DNA cable network

As title says, DVR is not finding all the channels after changes on the cable network in the provider’s end. All channels from 1-12 or so changed to HD and after that channels 1-5 and some others disappeared from DVR. Doesn’t help trying to scan the channels, no matter what network (Elisa, TeliaDNA, Antenna, Cable…) the channels can’t be found or don’t match with any of the epg:s. I quess there’s something wrong in where (what frequencies) plex is trying to find the channels. Found channels are working.

Just confirmed it’s an issue with where plex is looking for the channels. DNA did change the frequencies whe they changed all small number channels to HD quality, after that plex lost the channels and can’t find them with rescan. tvheadend found the channels no problem. Please PLEX fix this issue! I bought plex pass to use dvr and now half of the channels have been missing for almost a year.
