HDHomerun Dual Channel Scan Fails

Plex DVR “sees” my HDHomerun Dual, but performing a channel scan returns no channels. It simply reverts back to the blinking 12:00 after scan reaches 100%. Scan using HDHomerun setup application returns 55 channels, most are watchable in VLC. Scan using Windows Media center finds same channels, with most being viewable.

Tuner firmware: 20161117
Plex Server Version: 1.5.5.3634
Plex Server OS: Windows 7 Pro
Antenna: Clearstream 2V

Same issue here. If the HDHomerun dual is not supported, Plex should update their list of supported devices. Currently, all HDhomerun devices are listed as supported.
