I’m not seeing a smoking gun in the logs, but I don’t know if “last Saturday” means yesterday (9/24) or 9/17. If 9/17 then the logs don’t go back that far and may not cover the time the hang started.
I do see regular database slow query warnings in your logs. It may not be related, but I recommend going into Plex Web → Settings → Troubleshooting and click on “Optimize Database”. After that, either restart the Plex Server service or restart the computer where you are running Plex Server. Then in Plex Web go back to “Live TV & DVR” and see what state it is in. If it isn’t already refreshing guide data then try a “Refresh Guide”.
If that doesn’t work then you can try shutting down your Plex Server process, delete the EPG database files, start the Plex Server service, and try the guide refresh as recommended here.
