Is there a way to hide Channels in the grid guide for OTA?

Yes. If you go to the server’s Settings in the web interface, and click on Live TV/DVR, you can see your tuner there. It’ll show the number of channels, including the enabled ones. Like “70 enabled”. That enabled number should be clickable. Click it, and you can uncheck channels you do not want enabled.
