I’m seeing a bitrate close to 2.2 Mbps also. Upon further research the 720p Stereo isn’t that bad when compared to everyone else, Maybe they are trying to be conservative so the stream can support 4 streams on most connections. https://www.fomopop.com/guides/live-tv-streaming/specs

If Plex decided to officially support this, I’d fully convert over and Plex would become my primary media consumption outlet. Not that it isn’t already, but I currently go outside Plex for live OTA and subscribed streaming channels, and really only use the DVR function. Packaging it all up into one…

@mojameslittle - You have to delete the DVR from Plex, then add it back so you can change the guide listing to another provider. You are probably using an OTA listing which doesn’t provide any of the cable channels, and Plex doesn’t currently give a way to change the provider after setup.

Works great for the most part, except for the strangeness with HDHomeRun’s service mixing Eastern/National/Pacific feeds… so some of the channels are 2 hours off. There are only two line ups (east or west) that Plex would have to load if you are using the Premium feed in addition to your normal OTA lineup.
