HDHomeRun Quattro On Plex UK postcode

Hey All

When setting up my Quattro on Plex which is running on my synology DSM 6, it cannot find my UK postcode or indeed any UK postcode that I’ve tried. I’m wondering if this is a known issue?

Server version must be higher than 1.23

To find out use a browser and go to : https://app.plex.tv/desktop/ > Settings > General .

What is the actual postcode you are trying to enter? I believe with UK codes you only enter the number.

I’m on version 4.63. RG24 9 and two other letters

Still not getting the right version.

Only enter the first part of the postcode e.g. XX1 not the full postcode XX1 2XX.
